UniLayouts Interior Design Services
All designs, drawings, layouts, and concepts created and shared by UniLayouts for your project remain the sole intellectual property of UniLayouts unless otherwise agreed in writing with a formal amendment. These include all two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawings, renders, design concepts, and specifications. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or share these materials with third parties without prior written consent from UniLayouts. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of services and legal action.
Project timelines provided by UniLayouts are indicative estimates and not guaranteed completion dates. Actual project duration may vary based on various factors beyond our control, including site conditions, structural complexities, client approvals and feedback, material availability, supplier delays, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. UniLayouts will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the proposed timeline and will communicate any delays to you promptly.
Any changes to the design after final approval has been obtained from you may impact both the project cost and delivery timeline. Design revisions during the initial phase are included as per the agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond the included number will be subject to extra charges. All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before implementation.
Payments must be made according to the agreed milestone payment schedule as outlined in your project quotation or formal agreement. Payment milestones are typically structured as follows: initial deposit upon confirmation, intermediate payments during design and production phases, and final payment upon project completion. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of project work. All payments should be made only through the official payment channels specified by UniLayouts.
Live CCTV project monitoring access, WhatsApp status updates, extended warranties, complimentary services, and special gifts are subject to your selected service package and the agreed project scope. Live CCTV access is dependent on the availability of adequate wireless network coverage at the project site. UniLayouts is not responsible for CCTV access issues arising from poor network connectivity or technical limitations beyond our control. Services not included in your package can be added for an additional fee.
All materials, finishes, and brand specifications will be executed exactly as approved by you during the design phase. In the event that any specified material or brand becomes unavailable due to market conditions or manufacturer discontinuation, UniLayouts will immediately inform you of the situation and present alternative options of comparable quality and cost. No substitution will be implemented without your prior written approval.
UniLayouts is not responsible for project delays caused by third-party approvals (including municipal, regulatory, or society approvals), force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our direct operational control. Force majeure events include natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, extreme weather, labor disputes, and other unforeseen occurrences. In such cases, the project timeline will be extended accordingly without penalty to UniLayouts.
Warranty coverage applies only to products supplied by UniLayouts and workmanship performed by our team, as specified in your formal agreement. The warranty period covers defects in materials and installation under normal use conditions. Warranty claims must be reported within the specified warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or modifications made by third parties.
To file a warranty claim, you must contact UniLayouts within the warranty period with a detailed description of the defect and supporting photographic evidence if applicable. Our team will conduct an inspection to confirm whether the issue falls within warranty coverage. Once validated, UniLayouts will repair or replace the defective component at no additional cost.
Refunds are subject to the stage of your project at the time of the refund request. Any request for refund must be made within twenty-four hours of engaging UniLayouts for services. After this initial period, refund eligibility will be determined based on the extent of work completed and services rendered, and will be processed according to the company’s standard operating procedure. During the design phase, refunds are subject to a service fee deduction. Once production or installation has commenced, refunds may not be available as materials are customized and made-to-order specifically for your project. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within seven business days of approval.
You agree to provide UniLayouts with complete access to the project site throughout the execution period. You must provide accurate information regarding your property, existing structural conditions, and any defects or limitations that may affect the design or installation. You agree to permit our team and authorized representatives to photograph and document the site before, during, and upon completion of the project. All necessary municipal, society, and regulatory approvals are the responsibility of the client.
The agreed scope of work is clearly defined in your project proposal and quotation. Any additions, modifications, or deletions to the scope will require a written amendment and may result in changes to the project cost and timeline. Scope variations beyond ten percent of the original agreement value will require formal documentation and client approval.
You agree not to directly engage or make payments to any of UniLayouts’ subcontractors, vendors, or team members. All communications and transactions must be conducted exclusively through UniLayouts. Confidential information shared by either party during the course of the project will be protected and not disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, UniLayouts will be entitled to payment for all work completed up to the date of termination, including design services rendered, materials ordered and any pending expenses. Clients shall remain responsible for all costs incurred prior to termination.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation. If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
By engaging UniLayouts for interior design services and proceeding with the project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions mentioned above. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UniLayouts regarding the project, and supersede all prior discussions, understandings, and commitments.
